Standart fillers – Pragmatic^®

Pragmatic® is a synchrobloc utilizing a weight filler (6 to 50 filling valves) and a capping turret (3 to 18 capping heads) Optionally, the bloc can be equipped with a blowing turret for internal blowing of the bottle with sublimated air. The bloc is provided with caps feeder and caps elevator and an inspection system for dosed weight and for caps.
The free-standing glass fencing embraces the working modules and the vibrationless bloc construction along with the powerful software, perfected over the years, allow us to offer fast and precise weight filling process in the capacity range of 3 000 to 25 000 bph (calculated at 1.0 L containers). Optionally, the bloc could be completed with a liquid nitrogen injection device. and liquid nitrogen dewar.
